SUMMER IS COMING TO THE ISLAND!!!

It's almost that fantastic time of year of year again! The Shobijin are singing, The kaiju are relaxing, and the K-Girls are playing! Yep, it's almost Summer time on Gormaru Island! And it's near perfect time to jump ship from schools and colleges and land right onto our shore!
 

During your stay upon the island we'll be having several things that I like to announce:

SUMMER MOVIE DAYS! In our line-up, we'll be keeping things old-school, and here's our line-up of Summer films that Gormaru Island will be hosting for your enjoyment!

-Destroy All Monsters!
-Godzilla vs. Monster Zero!
-Ebirah Horror of the Deep!
-Son of Godzilla!
-Rodan!
-Ghidorah The Three Headed Monster!
-Godzilla vs. Megalon!
-Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla!
-Terror of MechaGodzilla!

Become A Real Part of the Island!

Create an island character that represents you and have yourself within our upcoming Gormaru Island banners! You can be a Kaiju, an Ultraman, a Kamen Rider, a Jeager, anything! So long as you're not completely human! ;)And the first six will be featured in our first specialized Summer banner directly representing our community and its members! And the rest will be featured in other future banners! For anyone interested, you have until May 14th to submit your character!

We'll be having a SUMMER THREAD very soon, let us know how you're doing, and how you're enjoying your summer! Post pics of you having a great time with friends, or of you at events! Going to a CON? To the Beach? Anything amazing, express it on the island and show it off!

GODZILLA STOMPS THE WORLD AND KICKS OFF THE SUMMER!!!


Gareth's GODZILLA will be stomping in just three weeks, kicking off the Summer for all G-fans, kaiju fans, and Gormaru Island on May 16th! Are you excited?! If so take pics of anything G-2014 related and share it with us! From fan-art, figures and merchandise, to pics of the big opening day at your theaters! You don't have to personally be in them if you don't want to, but show off your inner Godzilla fan in honor of our King's rebirth back onto the big screen! And also let us know what you thought of the movie! Give us a review upon the island!

Big things are planned for GORMARU ISLAND, and I personally hope that you'll enjoy every last waking second of it all!
